STRATEGIC BIM is a proptech startup, located in Turin, Italy. The company supports buildings and asset owners to manage their buildings Data in a digital and sustainable way. The company has already active operations in Italy, Spain and in Dubai. Strategic BIM proposes a product and service approach with a modular and customizable architecture, starting from a 3D scan of the facility, from which the Digital Twin of the facility takes place. Afterwards, Strategic BIM proposes the use of its platform UTwin, in SaaS, to manage all building information, asset, facility, energy and maintenanceactivities. All these solutions are provided as a single building service available in a unique environment, connected to the Digital Twin of the building. For example, live IoT Data and Information connected to the sensors placed in the building, improving the decision-making process. In UTwin, Buildings Data are always updated and available during the building lifecycle, which is a core competitive advantage if compared to the traditional approach. Indeed, without the support of UTwin, the mentioned activities would be made in an inefficient way and sometimes based on completely wrong data with consequent waste of time and raising building management costs. The company has digitalized more than 1M square meters of buildings and infrastructures, working with customers such as Lavazza, Amazon, SVICOM and Lidl.
